Description
The Sunday after we had lost Carla 'B' we went to Cheltenham to visit my son Aaran. Julie (my daughter-in-law) was in Dallas with work, lucky person. We had a wonderful day, just what we needed. As soon as we arrived, the girls went into the garden & what a surprise for them, there waiting was the resident pheasant, not nice for her though. She was immediately sent packing & then the girls were kept busy for 20 mins looking for her. We then went for a lovely walk, the views were amazing. As always the girls found the muddy puddles, well it wouldn't be a walk would it without some water. As always Jasmine was the poser, Meadow just wanted to hunt. The girls had another good look for the pheasant when we got back, they had some lunch then we had our scrummy eats. Altogether we had a lovely day, thanks to Aaran for making it special. I do hope the pheasant did eventually come back.

Great looking set of captures Barbara. Your dogs always look so good in these shots. I'm glad the pheasant got away, but at same time it was great fun for the girls.

How nice to see these lovely pics of your girls having some fun, after hearing all about your trip it has really brought it to life for me. I guess that was a brilliant idea to visit Aaron for all of you, I could see it had done you the world of good, you did look a little brighter on Sunday, and am sure CB was looking down on you all and joining in the fun with the girls as they gathered up the mud. love and hugs xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Your girls go after gamebirds...Mandy goes after gamerabbits, gamerodents and gamecats:) She's never caught one but did box in a cat once and got a strike on the nose she'll never forget! :)
