Well it's seriously hard to tell of any comment. It is not too clear of what you have done on purpose of the surrealistic effect, and what from lack of experience. ONE thing that does catch my attention is that the islands ripples are more promising for an island that is actually larger but in distant, rather than one so small but close.

i suggest, you import your poser mods into bryce more often. this one looks very nicely done. you stopped the render before water was finished? have patience with bryce, it's slow; but worth it.
