Think Mizteres right its the G-64/ HU-16 Albatross made by Grumman . It was used as a Search and Rescue /utility transport Aircraft by a lot of Navies, Airforces and Coastguards from the early 1950's to 1970's this one may have been a VIP/Senior officers transport Aircraft ,as I seem to vaguely remember seeing such aircraft in these colours,or is a Civilianized Version of it used as an executive aircraft /airyacht ? I sort of remember that some of these were still being in use by the RCAF in the SAR role ,and seeing one of them at an Airshow as a kid,in the early 1970's up here in Canada Heres a link if it works http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grumman_HU-16_Albatross May have to cut and paste into the browser address bar
