Description

It is summer here and the fruit trees everywhere are weighed down by the fruit. This is just some peaches from the garden! Thank you for popping in and for your very welcome comments and favs on my last upload "Lily White". I'm still working like a dog but will hopefully have some more time for commenting from next week! Hugs Carin xx REMEMBER to pop in at the Photography Forum and vote for the Photographer of the Year!!!

Oh, how I would love a peach from your garden! I'd love to taste a bit of summer. We're in the high 30s here during the day, and low 30s at night. Your temps there right now are just about perfect! Good to see something from you, Dierbaar. Ek mis jou! :X

I planted a Peach tree last winter but rabbits chewed it and it didn't make it.

I have fond memories of peach trees...and fresh peaches, especially if they were sun-warmed and the wasps hadn't gotten to them yet. Oh, such a flavor! I happen to love peaches, by the way...they're like the anti-bananas for me...for as much as I hate bananas, I love peaches. That, and they just feel good. Peach fuzz is so relaxing. By the way, did I say I love the colors in this and the way that the leaves look like they're holding the peaches...kinda like delicate fingers? Marvelous.
