Great looking macro shot Kim. They are called ladybugs here. I know our friends in the UK refer to them as ladybirds.

in german called they 'Marienkäfer' translated as Ladybird but i say Ladybug;)and love this cute beetles lol beautiful captured !!

We always called them Lady Bugs, and I enjoy them in my yard, because they eat the aphids off of my rosebushes. Excellent capture.
