Description
Rendered in LuxRender using the Reality ver. 1.25 plug-in for DAZ Studio 3. Postwork in Photoshop Elements 9.
I used the "Sun" (which is like a Distant Light but in LuxRender actually simulates the real Sun) from above (at about the 2 O'clock position) and one "meshlight" (basically a mesh [in this case a plane] that emits light) behind and to the left of the camera to soften the shadows. The main shade being created by an actual tree above and behind the camera.
Since LuxRender is a physics-based rendering engine, the light filtered through the leaves as you would expect in real life. Imagine that.
