Description
I took this photo on a photoclub outing to try and capture some of the fabulous christmas lights about the town. ok so there are not to many in this shot, but i just had to capture the 17th century (1680) Buttercross (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buttercross)
on Whittlesey Market Place.

it maybe to your advantage to raise the ISO for night captures such as this, especially if you are shooting freehand.obvious with the car lights you must have used a tripod.
