Description

Kick the tires and light the fires. That old rotary engine and prop design just wasn't fast enough, so he built a scaled down version of a MiG-15 tail for stability and a shrunken engine (thanks Neil for those) and hooked them up. Then with an old iPhone as a controller, he is ready to go. Black Jack the cat isn't so sure and declined the co-pilot seat. Thanks for looking (cross your fingers) and I appreciate all your comments.

Oh yes!! this is what I like, models taken beyond their original intent.Brilliant idea Dave, is there no end to the 'tinkering' that can be done? I guess the answer is, thankfully NO! :-)

That poor machine looks about as stable and aerodynamic as a wet cardboard box. Now give it a pair of wings, some drop fuel tanks, a piar of 50 cal machine-guns and hard pointed missiles and he will have the makings of his own airforce. Yet another nice piece of work.
