Description
Here is a composite of perspective shots, done during the course of final modeling and texturing. As you can see the original cocept had black and green stripes, but in the end the director went with green. I was looking up Rising Threat on the web. I can't access the home page anymore, but it looks like the diorector posted some animatic and effects tests on YouTube.
Anyway, comments and critique always welcome.

Thanks for posting these. A ship with real character.

Thanks Mark

This is an awesome vessel, but I wonder how it could be crewed effectively - it has 5 turrets & 4 forward-firing guns! It would need a minimum of 6 crew to use everything all at once. Considering that it appears to be approximately the size of the Millenium Falcon, there's be no room for booty once they'd engaged in piracy! Still, I'm sure the director was delighted with the work, shame it'll never see it's original intended use.

really good detail and fits in to any star wars perspective- now, if I could just have one to go... It seems to me with just a little software, the turrets would fire on their own and as it seems really maneuverable- gonna get those forward guns on the target pretty quick- ooo rah- think me and the spouse will head out for some booty

Fantastic modeling an texturing! To respond to Tall's comments, guns can be automated using an AI on board the ship.
