here is when money was ask for before the dances began. i got many shots but i thought this one was touching.
on the late image with the 4 year old hoop dancer no one ask for the money but the honor him as they put money down like this for him. i did not get shots of that but you see how it is done here.

When I see a picture like this. I am as disappointed with life for these poor people some misery .... Why do bad people mean, have nothing and have it easy while others suffer the martyr and are regarded as a less than nothing? Always sadness. Thank you so much for sharing life realities ((5 + +)) Quand je voie une photo comme celle là . Je suis comme déçu de la vie pour ces pauvres gens dans une certaine misère.... Pourquoi les gens méchant, n'ont rien et ont la vie facile et que d'autres souffrent le martir et se font regarder comme un moins que rien ?? Toujours la tristesses. Merci beaucoup de partager la vie en réalités ((5++))

We do something similar in Hawaii. When a young hula dancer dance, we would give money to them. It encourages them to dance even more. Not sure why we do that but it was done before I was born.... We just follow in the same traditional ways. Aloha
