The tree bark looks procedural... am I correct? I's ok looking but not very convincing. I might tighten it up a bit, go fractal if you haven't already. Ok, now that I look again... the mat works very well on the tree in the middle because it's distant. It seems a bit odd to me that there's absolutely no texture definition on the far left tree. And I somewhat agree with the first comment about the fog, however, I think it would look better if you could slightly make out some trees beyond the three you have now.
