Well
It's been awhile since I have done an image...I always try to get in a Christmas one...and I made it this year by the hair of my chinny chin chin LOL...
No actually feel pretty good tonight...So I got out an old image...played around in Create A Card..and used some filters from Photobucket to make this scene...and I uploaded it there as well...
I have been doing so so.....Not really up to par...nothing major just got the blah's...Everyone is jolly and bright and I just feel ho hum.......I did manage to get out one day and went Christmas shopping...but had to get a DexaScan done before that...Wasn't worth even getting up and getting dressed and the trip for the whole 15 minutes I was there...But Dr went over the report with me yesterday...My osteoporosis is really bad...and my scolosis is even worse.....he told me to really watch and not fall.......and he put me on Fosamax...Guess if I fall I am doomed for a wheel chair.....Managed to get out today to get the rest of the fixings for our Christmas Eve Dinner.....I will be worn out cooking..I always am......I have no idea why I am so blah feeling...I just feel really tired and listless...I know most of it is my pain meds but can't function without it..tried to one day just to see and I thought I would go bonkers by noon....had to break down and take the pain pill...I guess thank heaven's I can get them...I am on Morphine for the pain......and it is the only thing that will help...I have tried other meds not as strong but they don't touch the pain..the Morphine actually stops it...
Other news hubby got laid off from the job he loved..that is the trouble with these temp agencies...they act like they are going to hire you full time and a week before your benefits start to kick in they let you go..actually they called and said his job at the plant had ended..he goes the 4th for another interview...but it only pays $8.50 an hour and it's a 30 mile drive there and back...so I personally don't think it's worth the trip but he says he has to work........not a lazy bone at all in my hubby's body...he would work all time if he could........I hope his buddy that went with him gets a job too and they can ride together...so you all keep your fingers crossed........And I got another very pretty long hair cat and guess what........Yep now he is gone.......Hubby said he thought he saw him up the street will try to go look tomorrow to see....Simba never ran off...someone had to have picked her up...same as with Mere Kitty...I am gonna give up on persian cats as they always get stolen.....
I have another PetScan scheduled for Dec29th I guess to see if this chemo pill is working and shrinking the lil tumors..I sure hope so...I am eating good.....Just feel blah....and I don't like this new time at all......Dark at 5:30 in the afternoon....by 7 you think it would already be 10 at night but it's not..and we have only had just a few flakes of snow...and no white christmas for us.......thank heavens I am not in Kansas where the blizzard is at....If any of you all are in that line I will say a prayer for you..
I want to thank all of you all for all of your support this year.........for all the prayers...the dedi's..and just your friendship in general.....You all are my 2nd family.......and I love everyone of you all......if I don't comment every day plz forgive me some days I just don't even get on the computer......But wanted to get this scene in for you all.........
Postwork done in PSP9,Create A Card,and filters in Photobucket as well........Added frame,text borders filter in some things as well..actually just played around........but it took me awhile to do it and I have to get my butt up and go sit on the sofa and read some of my book that I am half way through with.......
Again thank you for your friendship and prayers this year and just being there for me

You've done a beautiful piece of art. Don't feel bad that you're not quite in the spirit. So was I. I know how it feels when one loses their job and how blah the holidays appear ...but don't let it get to you too much. Wishing you both the best of luck and the best for the holiday. Such a lovely image Susan. My best wishes to you and your family in the New Year. You are in my thoughts and I hope your husband gets another job real soon. After losing 5 cats at various times, all my cats are now indoor creatures. All three of them have each other and their toys to keep them occupied - that and the occasional mouse that finds its way into my house - haha! - wrong house for them!

so sorry susan that i am late with my comment :(...i really do enjoy xmas cards such as your creation...beautiful work my dear...love the cardinals :) glad to hear you are feeling a bit better, but certainly didn't like to hear that hubby lost his temp position...don't these companies have any compassion or is it just all about the money all the time? makes me sick to my stomach...do hope y'all had a glorious xmas and that the new year brings you and the hubby nothing but the best of everything...

I was gonna write and ask how things were going but I saw this post and it answered that for me. I used to find Christmas season hard after I broke up with my spouse but now it is pretty much just another time of the year and I don't let the false jovality get me down. Sorry to hear you are in such pain - no wonder you fell blah given all you've been through so don't be to hard on yourself for not feel all that chipper. Sad to hear about your husband too, business are really putting people to the screws in these times. Funny we are in a recession but big business is making record profits. Go figure that one. Miserable luck to loose your kittys. That I feel really bad about. Oh, I would just be totally beside myself if my Trina disappeared. To think someone is stealing cats, it is like kidnapping a family member. Those aweful shits. Anyways, I guess I haven't written anything to cheer you up but you know I am thinking of you and it is clear you have a lot of friends here who are doing the same. Thanking you for all the comments this year and hoping you have a better year to come.
