Description
Christmas was coming and the girls got excited about that and thought perhaps they should give Santa a helping 'paw or two' so that they might get some presents quicker.
Off they went on their travels which was hard as both the girls are very small and the snow was very deep, so both became very tired.
Before long they came across a Santa's elf so they followed him and soon they saw the gleaming Santa sleigh with toys scattered all around it. They watched the elf settle down onto a sack of presents and fall asleep, so then crept quietly past him and clambered onboard the welcoming sleigh.
They were surely relieved to rest their tiny aching legs and warm their tiny little paws. They were so happy to be waiting for Santa to arrive, so that they could join in the Christmas Eve adventure and help donate thousands of presents to children around the world.

Many thanks for your support of my previous wintry pictures, I am so happy you enjoyed them. I made this picture into a card for my mother who shares the pleasure of sharing her life with these 2 little dogs Carina and Madelena.
My mother is in a care home as she has dementia so when I take the girls to visit her she is so happy to see them and up 'til now still remembers them. It is a joy to me to see her face light up whenever we go visit her, and both dogs take turns in sitting on her knee.
Sorry I have not caught up with you all yet, I had a scare and was rushed into hospital with a suspected heart attack, but fortunately it was a bad reaction to some subscription medication that my doctor had given me. Nevertheless it was a scarey couple of days for me.

Sis, first of all let me say that your in my prayers and I'll get hold of you the moment I finish commenting here. Now let me say what a fantastic job you did on this one. Talk about an image that warms your heart, and this one is it. Absolutely love the magical feel running about here, and can't get over how cute Carina and Madelena are in this story. Speaking of stories, this was a heart warming story that had an important message of giving.
