Had to zoom in to greater appreciate this image. Good amount of detail; great compositiion, the background figures add weight/emphasis to the rider; the motion of the rider, variance of poses for background figures, and dust add a certain vibrancy to the image. The field looks natural, compared to a manicured lawn. The title is appropriate for the piece. The use dust clouds adds the sense of movement. Its equal coverage of the rider and foot soldiers gives them equal weight in the picture. Combine the other rider with the other part of this image, there's a level of synergy to the image. Well done, an epic piece that conveys mood and message.
