I hope you will like this new fun picture of Timmy and Jonas.
It took a f...... 37 hours and 14 minutes to render it - puh!!!
The reason is that I used 40125 instances in a painted eco-system:
The fur of the caps, the fur of Timmy's sweater, the plants on the hill
and the whole foreground that consists of thousands of little irregular snow balls.

BTW: Tomorrow I will have a roasted goose together
with two young friends of mine at our fraternity house.
One of the two is our young Californian mastercook!
Hopefully I will be able to move my body back home afterwards - LOL!

Klein wenig kalt an den Waden, brrr... Aber Timmy hat wohl ein eigenes Heizwerk in sich... Wo um Himmels willen nimmst Du nur diese Unmengen von Schnee her? Aus dem Fenster schau... Da liegt nicht ein Flöckchen, nicht für den kleinsten Schnee-Ball. Schätze mal, Du hast ihn importiert... ------------------------------------ Nette Szene. Und die Renderzeit hat sich gelohnt. ------------------------------------ Schade, dass Daz-Studio kein vergleichbares System wie die Eco-Technik von Vue aufweisen kann, ja schon mit normalen Shadern Probleme hat. Blender ist auch noch nicht soweit und kämpft mit den fehlenden oder ehlerhaften Import/Export-Filtern (Collada ist eine Katastrophe, jedenfalls der Import von DAZ-Collada und SketchUp-Collada).

Merry Christmas Bernie! A very lovely and fun masterpiece you have created here! Such a long time rendering. I would never have had the patience! I hope your cooked goose turns out beautifully and if you can't move your body home, it sounds like you will be surrounded by some nice distractions! Carry on, my friend! Carry on!!!

Yikes, that was a freaking long time to render an image, Bernie. Did you know, that if you have more than one computer, you can use them both for rendering the same picture, if you can connect the computers? It could be wireless connection.
