Description
Police Divvy Vans are used for the transportation of prisoners inside a specially adapted cell in the rear of the vehicle. Divvy is a slang Australian term short for Divisional Van. AKA as Paddy Wagons!
They are also known as 'Mother's Hearts' cos they always have room for one more!!!!!!!!!!

I like that name. We used to call them paddy wagons here but they were trucks that could hold a dozen or so. I think the younger generation does not know the term. Thanks and all the best to you as well!
