Description

Police Divvy Vans are used for the transportation of prisoners inside a specially adapted cell in the rear of the vehicle. Divvy is a slang Australian term short for Divisional Van. AKA as Paddy Wagons! They are also known as 'Mother's Hearts' cos they always have room for one more!!!!!!!!!! Zoom is good. Intersection of Elizabeth Street and Flinders Street, Melbourne Australia. Merry Xmas everyone.

I like that name. We used to call them paddy wagons here but they were trucks that could hold a dozen or so. I think the younger generation does not know the term. Thanks and all the best to you as well!

This is gorgeous! And there's a McDonald's in there with such a diminutive sign! Imagine that! WOW! There is so much to see here and it's all quite elegant! Marvelous!
