Cats! I'd recognize those poses anywhere! I love cats. I'm a certified cat person! I love dogs, but I understand cats a little bit more as it's like dogs speak a different language and I haven't learned it. But cats! Ah, cats! Especially in front of windows! You've captured this perfectly and I had to chuckle at the thought of what the two indoor cats must be thinking. If the being outside was a squirrel, I know they'd be comparing squirrel-fricassee recipes, as the person outside looks like another cat, I suspect these two are determining whether or not the intruder actually has any kind of a claim (and the appropriate paperwork) for a particular stretch of territory. Cats! I love 'em. And though it's after Christmas now, I hope you're having a great holiday season.
