I think this is tremendous! Love the effect and composition. I have a problem with her hands though. looks like one hand with two thumbs or something just not right and it draws the eye away from the overall image. The image is fantastic.

Funny about the hands, never noticed it at first. You could add a shadow line and eliminate the problem.
