MMMMMMMMMMM sounds like a wonderful treat. We had a potluck at work for the staff last week and one gal from the Filipines brought a meat dish. I can't prounounce the name, but it was totally awesome. If all Filipino food is as tasty as that meat dish was I would love to find a restaurant some time that serves their cuisine. Great capture of these Richard.
