Description

Hi All This is our kitten. I got her from the Vet since they wanted to put them down because nobody wanted them. Unfortunately I could only take one. She brings my daughter and son a lot of joy and is a wonderful kitten. She plays with them and runs around when she is awake. Here she got into a tree and posed some for me too. Awww pure sweetness~ =) How lucky she is to have found a loving home and how lucky you are to now have her special kitty-protection. ;) Beautiful portrait! On another note, to those who donate to animal shelters think about donating a bit differently now and then. Where I live Feb. is a special spay/neuter reduced rates months that most local vets participate in. Normal rates are $65-85 depending on size of animal and whether already in early pregnancy or not, in Feb. those rates are reduced by $20. So for a say, 9 mo old cat the rate would be $45. I don't have much to donate but I think it would help for me to give a loving but low-income pet owner a free spay for their pet thus reducing by however many litters that pet would have had, and the number of animals dropped off at the shelter. The pet would also have a better less-stressed life. I don't believe pet ownership should be limited by income, there are pets needing homes and love aplenty, but let's help those who need a hand to help keep unwanted litters from being born. imho
