Description

There was an art class painting watercolors on the day I visited the Japanese garden in Long Beach. I saw a young woman mixing colors on her palette and this is what I captured.

Wow. This is awesome.Sometimes you find certain types of art that have no logical explanation, but for some reason you like and it touch your senses. this image has that quality. It does not represent a specific image, nor do I think it contains a specific message, but for some reason I love it. It can be for almost complementary colors, or capricious formations. I just love it.

At first I saw a fine abstract, colors just right, composition SO pleasing! Then I saw a chicken and a doggie, a long-beaked giraffe tickling a cat, and some pointy-nosed whatchacallits. I can see why this caught your eye! It's fabulous!

It is quite attractive! Back when I did the Avenue Theatre shots I caught Courtney Duncan, the makeup artist, cleaning her makeup brushes on a paper towel and it was a cool set of pastel colors and I had her hold it in fron of her for a shot, which would up being the cover image for her own DVD from me.

Fabulous! I can see what Tara saw, and much else. A poodle in a fez, a Siamese cat, and a very cute dog face top centre.

How clever of you to grab the palette rather than the picture. It's fun to try to imagine what the artist was drawing by the colors they used. Well, I guess it's pretty easy, it had to be the sand and the sea. I see it reflected now. Fun shot, I love it.

I see a blue hand-fish top/center, a sad Don Quixote looking out from behind a yellow wall on the right, and a blue mustached fish coming out from hiding on the left. Beautiful image! Lovely patterns and blending of colors.
