Description

Hope everyone had a great Christmas. Myself, I got a new pc and for the last two days been transferring files. About half way done, but in between I did this image while listening to Harry Nilsson's "The Point" Thanks for peeking and hope you like it. Now that I have a new pc I will be posting more often after the first of the year. Have a great New Year and above all be safe.

Very cool image. Hope you like your new PC. It's always a lot of work setting them up, but generally the improvement in performance is amazing. I was watching a show on Discovery, and they said computers are doubling their memory and computing power approximately every 18 months. That is a staggering thought when you think about it. It was only about 5 years ago the computer that was top of the line at the time would have had a hard time running MB3D renders, now they are child's play for the new dual and quad core processors.

Super MB3D work man. Santa was good to you, I want a new PC so bad it hurts. There are Programs that will transfer all the programs at one shot from puter to puter, even a complete Clone including OS if you want to keep the same OS. I've been investigating the Linux/Ubuntu OS, know a couple of people over at FractalForums who use and swear by it, need a 64bit platform and at least a Quad to really take advantage of it though. Peace
