Description

this was at the party on last Sunday.I have never liked goat before but this recipe was very good.goat is very popular in the Philippines and with some people even dog.I will draw the line there because I have no intention of trying dog. while there in Manila I was taken to a Makati small buffet and fried crickets was on the selection, but I passed I do not like olives(allergic/taste) but is very common in meat dishes among Filipinos I am behind in the galleries because my sinus is giving me trouble and I went to bed early last night.this morning I am going to two doctors

Now it's stew Yuck lol never liked any stew goat, sheep, or cow lol.. Hope you feel better soon the old sinus can real make one feel yuck big time!!

No I must say I've always HATED any kind of stew, but in fairness I've never tried the goat variety!

I love beef stews, but have to admit I've never tried goat. There isn't anywhere around here you can buy it even if you wanted to try it. I hope your doctor is able to help you feel better. I know sinus problems can really get a person run down and feeling horrible.

Great shot but not sure I'd try it... green olives in a stew??? There are a couple of venues in the area that serve up goat - the Jamaican eatery at the Nashville Farmers Market has some great "Jerked Goat" and once in a while you will see open pit BBQ goat for sale here and there. A far neighbor about a half mile away raises Boer Goats (white body w brown heads) and sells them to people to BBQ. I love a good beef stew, if you don't like it you may have never had some properly made. I hope the Docs get you to feeling better soon! When the electric heat came into play my sinuses started up too. I changed the filter and started boiling off gallons of water till the windows have condensation. The moist air really helps me but sometimes a trip to the doc is needed too.

I could not eat goat or fried crickets! Let alone the dog! I hate to think about this! Olives, however, I like... in Sicily, we are surrounded by olive trees! ;) Sorry to hear of your sinus... I hope you feel better as soon as possible! :)

i like goat and goat cheese too is wonderful. I did drink some powered goat milk but it did not taste that good. Good to cook with but i bet the real stuff taste better just like powered milk and real milk this do look good to eat and a good photo of it
