Description

Thanks for taking the time to look. The Ferris wheel was from 3dcadmodel, Tilt-a-whirl and carousel from Birdman at Share CG, Bumper cars, Sky master, Dart stand and the Roller coaster came from Google warehouse, the background photo was from wallbase.net, and last but not least the tent was from planit3d I would have liked to have added some people to the scene but I was surpprized that Bryce didn't crash while saving this. I will be a very happy person the day Daz releases a 64 bit version of Bryce

Wow, Excellent stuff here! I'm not sure you know this but Bryce 7 is LAA flagged (Large Address Aware). If you are running a 64 bit Windows, you can use this simple software I will link you to. This software tells the computer to allow Bryce to exceed 2gb. I have read that some users have gotten scene as large as 3.6gb before crashing. No, Bryce 7 is not 64 bit, but with this tool, it can still go far beyond the usual 32 bit limits. Now, I read in the comments for MeaCulpa's image that you are interested in learning more about lighting. I will provide you with some ideas that might be useful to you. Send me a site mail if you are interested and I will send you a packet of sorts that will make many things clear. Night scenes are extremely tricky. In a scene such as your above, there should be very little light coming from the overhead environment. Such a carnival scenario would have lots of light near to ground level however where the people are. Yes, the lighting could go further here but better lighting comes at a render time cost so you must decide how far you can go with your current system. Send a message. Best wishes.

Phenomenal Work of Art!!!.... Reason I made my Ferris Wheel was at some point I was going to create a scene similar to what you created here...Now I'm inspired to continue what I started and soon should have a complete Carnival Atmosphere to share at a later date...I too am really shocked that Bryce did not crash during the rendering process...You were lucky at best!...Once again this is Fantastic Work!
