Description
My memory is faded a bit here, and confused, but I believe this is honoring the women pilots-WAF- of WWII that flew cargo planes. If not, she's a WAC. Maybe someone will come along that knows the uniform and the times can tell us. Nevada State Museum, Carson City, NV

Ah, yes...a World War II WAC (Women's Army Corps) uniform. Looks like she is a sergeant by the three chevrons that I can see on her left sleeve. Hats off to all who served:) Nice commemorative photo Char.
