Description
SpReFo Spackovian-Renewal-Foundation,this movement consists of citizens of Spackoine and Spackovia.the movement was founded by Joey Proudneck of Longbottom,who after his various involvements in MoFo and FuFo beach discovered his “social adder” so to speak.
As more and more money gets pumped into the Colonization of Spackopolis, a lot of buildings and parcs,and even entire City districts are being neglected and left to decay.
Here our movement comes into the picture to assemble enough funds to revitalize the various parts of Spackoine in need.
The Slogan in this campaign is :”Revitalize-Yes you can”lol,meaning yes you can give and contribute to the movement at any time, all amounts are welcome,and the Ubercouncil with Joey as chairman will oversee the spending of this moneyload.
Of course we will need a bit of B-Money to grease the wheels of fortune hehehehehe.
To start we have to revitalize the red light district to suit the demands of the populace.
Joey had the brilliant idea for giving out Foink-passports like in the public transportation,cards with ten rides or maybe on happy hours get 12 and pay 10 looooool, the better situated citizens take a whole fat monthly-flatrate and they can foink around the clock 24/7 mwamwa.Foinkyagra pills are free,offered from the House.
Ok serious now Doc lets get things done.
Harry Wank introduces Joey to the crowd below,and he is wearing for this occasion the “Ceremonial Stormtrooper Helmet”-this helmet can only be weared by the bravest although the Shytla dudes have a mediocre copy of it.

He has the same oratory style as Hilter [sic] I bet! He practices for hours in his private chamber in front of a mirror, then he goes out to the crowds, starts slowly and gradually builds pitch and tone until he is shouting and thumping the lecturn in unashamed rage! ...Perhaps .... he certainly gets the crowds attention though - excellent to see "The proudneck" getting involved!
