Description

Pleiades or the Seven Sisters (M45) is an awesome looking group of stars about center of the night sky right now. I shot this pic the same night as the christmas tree.

I'd attempt the name The Seven Sisters, but I can't quite remember all of them, in any sort of order, but I know that the nebulosity in this image is actually an unrelated nebula (appearing here near Maia, I think.) This is a gorgeous image and I love the intensity and the subtle, hot-intense-blue coloration. Wonderful work!
