Great shot Richard are those caves or just small openings in the side of the rock face.. Fabulous bit of landscape alright!!

Great looking captures. The terrain looks like it is ideal for finding rattle snakes in the rock crevices. LOL not that most people are ever eager to find a rattle snake.

Wow! The tom-boy climbing-kid in me is swooning~ lol As youngsters in Oklahoma my little sis and I loved scrambling over rocks, ever watchful for rattlers but seldom encountered. (Dad - "Stand still like a statue and they will move away.") Still, we had to have had guardian angels because we climbed around in areas as scary/beautiful as this! (btw - when I moved to TN I learned that snake advice does not necessarily work on copperheads and water mocassins or black racers for that matter...)
