Description
My favorite artist anywhere, Lilithiel, made a tutorial for me so I could finally make a glowing effect in my images (Thank you!). While my incompetence made it harder than it should have been, she was extremely helpful in achieving what I did...
I hope my efforts do not make anyone's eyes bleed... And thanks for looking.
