Got some new eyes & some new make up, so naturally I had to make a new character to go with them.

Character, skin textures & lights are mine.
Frame made in Paint Shop from image.
People have asked how I do it. I just add borders & fill, tile, blur or weave, etc. right on the image. Cheap tricks. ;)
Oh, the dings on the frame are by doarte.
