Latvia is an NPC character from the Knights of Legend RPG. She inherited her mother’s striking looks and uncanny business sense. She is able to charm the toughest patron and in the next minute, intimidate a drunken mob of thirsty vampires into submission. She runs a tight ship and expects perfection from her underlings. Although only a mid-level vampire herself, she is held in high esteem even from master vampires for her role in providing a safehouse for all her kind.
