I found this little building in a field along the highway.I don't know what it is for,but I found it interesting especially with that tagging.Thanks.

It is an interesting tag. We have a box like this between our condo and the lake. It has a pump inside, to feed the irrigation system, with free lake water, instead of using expensive city water. I see that it does have electricity and that box on the side could be a timer.
