Description

First I would like to express warm thanks to all the birthday wishes. A little about the post, scanned from a 4X6 Matte finish photo. It is still the Christmas hike into the Queens Castle area at Bryce Canyon NP, I've just dropped that from the title since it is a New Year. Here we stand directly in front of the castle itself, the Queens Garden is all around and behind me. There have been some comments on how blue the sky is. It is natural due to the upward POV, many of the images taken below the rim sport that deep blue. I have been posting images in sequence to help give the feel of the trek to those that may only take an interest in a specific trek, and for others that may stop by sporadically, it's easy to pick up and follow along. It however appears that this presentation is redundant and a bit boring to others upon viewing my gallery as a whole. So I'm debating on breaking it up a little bit and maybe losing folks along the trail, :~) or keeping things the way they are. So I ask for your input of whether sequential posting is helpful or just plain redundant? Keep in mind that critical comments are checked for a reason... how else can one learn. To the kind souls that leave their mark whether a comment, rating, or save the image as a fav, you are very much appreciated, thank you!!! Thank you all that viewed the last image below. thumb_2286097.jpg

I am with Andrea and very happy to go along with the flow - just because I don't comment on every one of them, doesn't mean I don't look at them all, it's a time restraint for me ... BTW I totally agree with your philosophy - indeed how else can we learn and improve, nobody is perfect! Those majestic looking giants will always leave me speechless and in awe, well done, BB

Well this is a great pov. Really great colors and style. It's a little overexposed but otherwise a fabulous photo. Very cool.

I think your sequential images look very nice and I also like how you put a lot of information so people can follow. You are indeed a wonderful tourist guide and it's amazing how you have captured all of these images in depth. Just beautiful, it's like hiking on a trail without leaving the house.

What a magnificent gate and a superb capture. The rocks really stand out against the blue sky. It is fun to join this trek of yours even though I sometimes miss some of your postings.

I find the scenery beautiful, but because they are all so similar, I refrain from commenting on most of them. I would just be repeating myself. Does that makes sense?
