I think I might be getting somewhere with this Fast Skin shader :) Technically, I suppose you'd call this "Butterfly" lighting as there's a whacking great "softbox" (actually an area light in Max) right above the camera pointing down at her (look under the nose and you'll see what I mean) with a bit of fill coming from a spot off to camera left. Been ages since I did that particular lighting style but it does suit her very well. Callad made a very nice texture indeed.
