Description
A little different from my usual and inspired by the work of Steelrazer here at Rosity.
Albatross and SE5A's are thanks to Neil (Neiwil) who generously keeps providing us with great models :)
Pilot is Apollo Max.
Thanks for looking.

Beautiful scene and atm... realistic!

Thanks for the comment wotan. My prop blur is a bit naff and it needs cables but i'll be working on those in future images.

You've really got a great sense of light and depth in this one. Very nicely done with a hint of high drama! Nice work. If I could offer a suggestion: sometimes the existing light is mechanically correct, but leaves a bit to be desired for the drama of the pic. It often helps to put a soft, subtle light on the main figure if you can set it to just influence that figure and not the rest of the scene...it has the effect of "popping" the main figure out just a bit. If you can, set the light to not cast shadows either...that way the overall lighting shadows are dominant. It take a bit of trial and error because it's very easy to overdo, but worth the time in the final results.

Excellent choice of background, brilliant set up and a lighting tutorial from steelrazer! does it get any better ? I don't think so.... Although I agree with steelrazer on one hand, on the other, given the cloud apparantly hiding the sun, I quite like this as is....which way's best? well this way because it's here :-)

Very impressive...and since I've done a lot of flying myself...this is a very realistic view. I'm just glad nobody was up there trying to shoot me down:)

Superb composition. The light and atmo are spelndid.

Does have that wonderful alone in the sky feel just before the pounce. Steelrazer is right about a slight bit of light on the main subject. One things in such programs that an exterior scene like this would naturally have only the sunlight..but a bit of Hollywood/artist just a bit extra lighting really helps to make the point. Keep up the good work...and continue to watch these guys.. they are great.
