Description
It's cold outside. Cold enough to freeze the puddles of urine that the losers who are too lazy to go back in the bars from having their cigarettes outside leave on the sidewalk.
No worries though. I'm protected by my trusty trench coat and top hat that hang on my coat rack perched and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
This is my humble abode away from my humble abode.
It's not much but it’s a safe haven from the elements of scum in the city. But sometimes that scum finds me. It's not necessarily the form of a thug holding a friend called Colt in his left hand. Sometimes it hides behind a pretty little face of a dame that's pleading for help.
I could use a drink. Yeah, sure – the water cooler’s filled with water but I could use something a lot harder tonight like Vodka, and unfortunately I only have an empty bottle that used to be my liquid friend on the desk.
I hope you enjoy my story so far, because there's more to come in the near future -- Johnny Joseph P.I.
Comments welcome about my work as always --
I'm sure you noticed the little touches added in post work afterward.
Have a good one all! =)

Loving the Noir effects in this. It has a crisp 1950s/1960s Vibe too.
