Wonderful work,

Very interesting skin color. I love that she wears bright red lipstick. It looks like the you used a red scattering type on her? I think her skin might be a bit translucent for that. Keep in mind that skin has two types of scattering: dermal (which is broad but not deep), and subdermal, which is not not nearly as spread as dermal. Most skin models outside of Poser combine yellow (dermal) and red (subdermal) scattering with different radii. I'm not sure how best to implement that in Poser yet, nor how it would work with dermal scattering of another color, but I thought I'd pass the information along. This is a marvelous character. You should write more about how he/she works. Is there one core identity, or are they all equally themselves? Are these appearances, or whole personalities? Does the physical form affect the personality? Are there limits to the transformations? Took is a wonderfully interesting and complex character, and I think it would be great to hear more about him/her.
