Big Long Edit:
As Ricardo pointed out, the shine/wet skin look is from kfox's wet skin tutorial. I also added some drips and drops using water brushes in Photoshop. You can find out how to do the great shiny effect part in the tutorials section here at Rendo in the Poser section of the tutorials. Good stuff. You'll need to go into the Materials room, but don't let that scare you. The process is easy and outlined well in the tutorial. (I keep a .txt version of it on my desktop at all times for quick reference.)
This is the first time I played with the numbers while doing it. Sometimes it's hard to get the effect to show up, especially when you use IBL. (In fact, I've never been able to get it to show up when using IBL, but I'm told it can be done)
Also, I did a new trick. I've had one of those scripts that lets you render out different aspects, such as shadows only, ambient only, diffuse only, etc. So I made the picture, erased all the lights, added one new light shining on him from a different angle than the other I had originally used, and then rendered it again - but this time only the specular (which is what the wet skin look is made from).
I took that layer into Photoshop, put it on top of the original, and changed the overlay to "exclusion" (I think it was). That added more wet skin.
And then I added a few extra drops and drips of water by using one of Ron's Water brush sets I got from Daz a million years ago.
Truth be told, I screwed it up and flattened it after I did all the water stuff. I didn't mean to do that. That prevented me from putting the wrenches and crazy crank wheel (both of which I made in Hexagon) behind him. That's why they're a bit transparent. I goofed up and didn't want to go back and redo the water stuff because I had it how I liked it.
As an added teaser, I throw this out there, though the chances of it happening are low:
I'm slowly learning a bit about Poser Python scripting, and am currently trying to make a script that will add Kfox's wet skin look to your character's automatically without you having to do it manually in the Materials room.
But don't hold your breath. If I ever complete it, it will be a looooong time from now. I'm a slow learner.

Stunning character and fabulous image! Very unique and creative! Love the sweat effect, too! Is that from kfox's tutorial? Which hair did you use?

The thing I like about Photoshop is that if you do screw up on something, you can still undo it several steps backward. Gives you some added piece of mind if you are like me and kit the wrong keys sometimes. You really achieve a marvelous effect with the wet look here! Most amazingly well done!
