Description
These shots were taken, by a stranger, of me doing something which could have killed me!!
I was just walking past this gentleman, who had his camera set up to catch spray coming off the Cobb Wall at Lyme Regis. I apologized for walking into his shot, and carried on, with the results here for you to see.
He shouted "GOT IT" and I shouted "SO DID I". I was absolutely drenched and had to go home, approx 13 miles in the car wet through, but my camera was ok!
I exchanged email addresses and by the time I got home the kind man had sent me the pics and with his permission I show them to you as a reminder that the sea is mightier than thou!!!

wet, wet, wet Jeff, photography can get you into all sorts of trouble. Nevertheless, great series

If it makes you feel better, Jeff, I did think that too many times and even with the wind whipping you that after the water in the sand! But it's exciting! Too bad I do not have the Foit remember!

Speaking of wave spray in yesterdays posting - this is real storm spray. Nice of your new friend to share photos. I can't believe that you camera was still dry. Spectacular photos and excellent presentation. I bet Julie gave you the look when she saw the photos.

I wonder, did you take pictures yourself at that time? Of course I'm happy July still has its Victorian friend at her side. But I also like seeing the adventure. Sometimes taking a picture, we take risks. The pictures shown here, are spectacular, love them! Thank you so much for sharing, and telling about your stupidity :D. btw I'm so glad you wore a hat, you too, Jeff?

Thanks for the lesson, Jeff. We do tend to loose focus of reality to try and get a 'The Shot'...! Clive
