This reminds me of Ray Bradbury...a carousel in Green Town, Illinois...somewhere with actual poetry in the air and a kid who wakes up early when the carnival comes to town, and he knows it's going to be a good day when he breaks a spiderweb with his nose. It has that sort of comforting vibe to it and it's an exquisite photograph...so full of life and motion and I love the stylized horses. This is so well seen and perfectly presented. It's richly evocative in all of the right ways.
