Not bad. I've only been using poser for a few months myself. You'll be suprised how fast you can progress. I suggest reading tutorials and at least a couple hours a day of practice. Good luck!

For first try, not bad. Don't worry, you will keep getting better. Just use the app as much as you can, it will all come to you over time. Keep rendering : )
