Description

So I was really inspired by the kick-ass armor Dragon Age 2 featured for mages, no more ugly, bulky robes! Problem was, you could only get the awesome armor at the end of the game, which really ticked me off! The game was overall fun, but it all took place in this crappy little city called Kirkwall, with almost no chances to explore the outside world, you don't even get to see what the Free Marches looked like. However, I loved the way mages could fight with their staves while waiting for their spells to recharge. Really, the game was ok, but Skyrim kicked DA2's ass. DA2 Was obviously something Bioware pushed out without really considering all the aspects of it. The armor featured here is from so many different sets. The wonderful chainmail scarf texture I made myself for M4 Urbanwear, and let me tell you, making the opacity map for that was a b**ch! The hunky mage soldier is Gypsyangel's Zane, which I kinda felt bad about. I picked him up a few months ago right after he was released, but then couldn't find anything decent to use him with, but here I think he makes a dashing lieutenant! Hope you guys enjoy!

As bad as it might sound, I had no interest in Zane when he came out, but you make him look soooooo good here. o_o Also, what set is that clawed hand from?

You've done Zane proud here, looks really tasty. Love the creepy lighting and sense of impending trouble.

This is so awesome--Zane looks amazing! Thank you!! And don't worry puffle_huff. at first I was really hurt and insulted by what you said. Then I saw your gallery and now I TOTALLY understand. My characters are most definitely not your type.

Haha yeah, Puffle's type is bishy hotness, which I've yet to perfect in Daz, so I've never fooled with it. I've seen amazing works with M3 bishonen, but M4 seems to be sadly lacking what M3 had in that department. Either way, your type or not, I think we can all agree that Gypsy did a great job on Zane! I can only encourage Gypsy to keep supplying me with more M4 hunks! lol

nice work, interesting character... not firm with dragon age 2... but - it has some similitude with technomage... also nice - the light beams and the power-orb...
