Hi. :)))) Welcome to the weekend. :))))) How was your day? My day first started off at 5:30 with me calling the snow line to see if school was on a late schedule which it was. WOOHOO!!! I went ahead and got up so I could feed george kitty. :))) He was most thankful that I did. :)) As I was looking out the kitchen window I could see snow falling in the glow of the street light. :))) It looked so cold so I went back to bed, but found myself not able to go back to sleep. :( I do believe around 6:30 I finally fell back to sleep. :)) At 7:30 my alarms woke me once again so when I got up this time I packed my sons lunch. :))) At 8 I woke my son so he could eat and get ready for school. While he ate I put a pot of tea on to boil. :))) At 8:52 the bus ran and away my son went to school. :)) I then started a load of laundry, sat and talked to my husband, came here for a few minites, and then looked at my husband and said I am going to go lay back down and get a couple more hrs sleep. :)))) I need 8 hrs of sleep a nite and Thursday nite I did not. LOL!! :)) I woke again at 1:30 and where it was snowy and cold here all day today it made me just want to curl up under a blanket, and read a book. :)))))) I instead folded a load of clothes and put them away, and started a load of towels, and folded the towels when they were finished in the dryer. Around 5:30 I then started dinner which was panko breaded tilapia, and some french fries. :)))) It was so good bc I had been craving fish for two weeks now. LOL!!! If I crave it that long then I must have it. :))) After dinner my husband washed the dishes and I cleaned the kitchen. :))) I then came to my computer and started looking through alot of my folders of images and I came across this image. :)))) A month of so ago I blacked out the brite background in paint. :)))) I love how you can see the veins of life running through this leaf. :)))) This was my first time taking an image of a Chameleon plant. :)))) I love how it glows in the sunlite. :))) I think this leaf looks like a heart that is so full of life, and has so much warmth to share. :))))) Oh I shot this image on 11-2-2010. LOL!!!! How was your day? I hope your day was amazing. :))))) Oh I must share the sweetest news ever. :)) Miss Sophie has been kicking alot for the past two days. :)))))) While my daughter was over tonite Miss Sophie was asleep. :))))) When my daughter goes to leave we hug, and I tell her and Miss Sophie I love them. :)))) I love that Miss Sophie can hear us talk now. :))))) Well I just looked out and it is still snowing our driveway is covered again. :)))) This is the first time this winter that it has snowed all day. :)) We have a dusting rite now. :))) We are going to have some flurries overnite with temps anywhere from 15-20 degrees and it is going to be windy. :)) I love to watch the trees in winter sway back and fourth under the streets lites. :)))) It looks so very sweet, and I find it most calming to the soul. :))))) Well I better let you go so you can go to bed. :)))))) Before I go I want to wish you a most cozy nite, full of the sweetest of dreams. :))) I wish your tomorrow to be filled with beauty, warm hearts, and many smiles. :))))) I want to say thank you from the deepest part of my heart to all that looked, commented, and rated my last image. :)))) I also want to say thank you for sharing your hearts with me. :))))) The beauty you give is extra special to me. :))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :)))) Nite, Sweet Dreams :)))))) If you wish you may zoom to see more details. :))))))

Beautiful plant and excellent lighting! It,s incredibly detailed. Congratulations for Miss Sophie´s kicking. It is heart-touching when a baby does that! By the way you narrate how she did, I think she will be a great soccer player!LOL

I wanted to correct the type of plant this is. This is not a Chameleon plant. Sorry for the wrong info. This is a hybrid "FireBird" Dogwood. When my husband first looked at this image before I posted it he told me it was a Chameleon. Today when we were talking about it he looked at the image again and then said it was a dogwood. Sorry about that.
