Description

I feel I am going to disappear into the mist for a while. Don't know for how long, maybe only a short time. I thought my new medication had successfully fought my usual winter depression.(I am bipolar) I used to withdraw every winter when darkness stroke, but now it maybe has me in it's grip even if the light is returning. I will higher my dose, hoping it will help. See you guys!!

In the image, the person is not disappearing in the fog, but she is coming to light! So, you'll do too! I wish that you'll soon feel well, dear friend! A big hug! :)

Hi Friend. I want to tell you your image is beautiful. And please be careful with the meds... I too know how difficult the depression can be. Love, and prayers. Randy

A wonderful work. You may need one of those Happy lights for the winter blues. They seem to be very helpful in the winter for people who live in very northern areas.

Wonderful image indeed. Sorry you are having your winter depression again Gun. Where is your daylight lamp, that helped you? I gave my son such one for Christmas. He suffers a little from that too.

Hope this is not a road to no where. I think I am on the same road of late. At least you have some company. Your art as usual is outstanding.

Oh no Gun, you see it wrong, the figure is coming out of the mists .. out from the nowhere into the somewhere, into the light and into the now. The days are getting longer now, daylight will be more then just a streak of light on the horizon. I think you must keep working on your art, and posting it. I think you can draw strength and love from our comments. Save your energy for your art, excellent therapy, and come comment in the summer when the sun shines and the days are long! This is an amazing image both as a piece of art work, and as an image of hope.
