Description

This time looking the opposite direction to my previous post. Victoria Australia. I really like the horseshoe patterns that form in wet sand, although I don't know what actually causes them. Best viewed zoomed. Thanks for taking the time to view/comment on my photo. Andrew

Must be the sea water creating this art. Stunning capture my friend. God Bless.

Most sweet day to capture beauty like this. :))))))) It may be the movement of the sand and air bubbles as the water is going back out that causes the horseshoe patterns. :))))) Most excellent capture my friend. :))))) Thank you for sharing all of the beauty you see. :))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :)))))))

I would have thought the pattern comes from the sea horses......Sorry.:) At least is more fun than going on about the math for fluid dynamics, over a given surface of varied weight of sand grains and the gravity vs tidal movement calculations.... Some days I just shouldn't start typing should I?
