Wow, that is beautiful, and also a bit ominous. I can't help but think that this was the kind of terrain that JRR Tolkien must have had in mind for his books. Wow!

hehe... I was waiting for the light to break through to give it more drama. Thanks everyone.

Hey, a superb photo I mistook for a Bryce terrain, as you are also a Brycist, but, whatever I like the fabulous atmosphere of it!

Thanks KS! Yeah, I try to separate the Photos from the Renders but the galleries don't really make that very easy. At least they have the Details listing to indicate it some but it's harder to see. Perhaps a larger graphics badge in that info box would flag it better. Besides digital photography, I also render in TrueSpace, Eon Easel, Terragen, Carrara, Poser, and a few other programs as well. My photography experience goes back to old school wet work in darkrooms with developer tanks: HC-110, Dektol D-23, Stop Bath, and Fixer and using a Besseler MCRX color enlarger. I have tons of slides to convert. It's rather expensive, but I probably will get one of those $99 digitizers to deal with conversion and have a service convert the better slides. I want to post some pics I took in Iceland. I am so glad that photography has gone Digital. Perhaps someday I will be adding a better quality digicam. Thanks again for your comments!
