Description
Trying to give my photography hobby a new boost I'm trying out new things.. such as looking for interesting textures and structures.
The waterfront is a good place to go looking for that. The salty water and the environment wreak havoc on wood and metals providing us with nice opportunities. I guess you just have to spot them.
This particular image is a close-up of part of a pier.
Post-work: I upped the contrast and saturation a tad. Not much more was done to it.
