Description
The cartoon effect was produced in Metacreations Painter 5. The clothes were then painted on the nude with my own program, I call ColorInk. The background was also painted in ColorInk. The Angie Character was used, and the dragonfly wings are mine made in Hamma Patch, and Doubled with Objaction Two Face.
