Description
She was very different from the Damara they'd known before. The pride was gone and she humbled herself before them, asking if they could find it in themselves to forgive her. After much glaring, shouting, questioning and submitting herself to Eulali's scrutiny they finally accepted that she was earnest in her desire to help them and turn a new leaf.
Surprisingly, it was Ursala who was the most sympathetic to her. No one knew better than Damara what Mog was capable of doing to you, but Ursala was close second. She even offered Damara asylum, until this was all finished. "You cannot leave until this is done, Damara," Morgan told her. He was still suspicious of her as were a few others, and understandably not exactly happy with her. She agreed to this. Protection was protection and there was no guarantee if she did go to the continent that Mog wouldn't have her hunted down.
They all went down to the great dining hall then for a council and to let Damara show and tell what she knew. When Damara saw Sheela, she froze.
"Och," Gwidion laughed, "...sorry. Let me just have a bit of a chat with 'er. Ye'll be fine, Damara. She was only followin' orders ta protect Angus. Ya must admit she did 'er job! Her an' the wolves are here as watchers. They won't hurt ya long's ya don't act aggressive toward anyone."
That done, Damara began to show Morgan, Beren and the others where Mog was planning to strike next and after that. Morgan's map was much more complete than Mogs. She told them he was using the Fey War as a model. This was actually quite helpful in Morgan's mind.
Beren didn't say so, but this worked to their advantage: that Mog was moving into the land of men. They had to take Angus there anyway to train him, because time passed differently there and they could cram years worth of training into him in what amounted to less than a week on Fey time. He'd see first hand what they were up against. Once Damara had spoken, Beren cast a glance at Ursala. She caught his intention. They would discuss their more in-depth plans without her present.
Ursala approached Damara, all smiles and sympathy. "You must be exhausted, darlin'. Let me take ya upstairs. Are ya hungry, lass? Moira will ye come with us?"
"Of course! Should we take one o' the wolves up?" Moira asked Morgan.
"Heh," Beren laughed. "Ye got Ursala. Ye don' need no wolves." Moira looked at him askew. "Och...that's right...ya never seen Ursala in action, have ya Moi? I have. Trust me, she's deadly, my Queen."
"Ye'll turn me head talkin' like that...my King," Ursala waved a finger at him. This raised a few brows and a big smile from Moira, who knew their history well.
Morgan called after them as they started down the stairs into the hall to go back upstairs. "What ya did, comin' here weren't easy, Damara. We appreciate what you've done - an' if there's any more curses ya placed on anyone here, I'd appreciate it if ya went about removin' 'em as soon as possible. Thank ya for what you've done. Tis appreciated more than ya know. Just don' be foolin' us or there'll be hell ta pay. I hope ya understand that, lass."
"I do," Damara turned to answer him - all of them. "An' I won't. Please trust I am sincere. Ma brother's a demon, for certain an' noone knows that better than I." She noted the happy smile on Kyli's face as she stood now beside Morgan. That made it all worth it.

Zoom is best - a large image. Seven separate renders merged together in PhotoShop. That doesn't count all the light-test renders. I set up the lighting first. Many hours and a lot of "Don't touch THAT dial". 12 people, 2 wolves (Morgan's) and a little purple dragon (Sheela). Those are the 'good guys' Odile. Lol. Look what they're up against. Gotta be tough. There will be a bass player and drummer, Arthur. Just haven't made them yet. Nope, no sound-bytes, I'm afraid. You'll have to imagine Rob Zombie meets Type O Negative. I have several other rather 'epic' images coming up - battles and such Roxy, so if I post other things to take a break from it don't worry. Besides, if I went much further with them, I'd be giving something away anyway. Just keep them in mind for later. Thanks for looking and your comments! Cheers, Rayvn

Ho la la! What a group! Thank you for the information because I wondered how you managed to squeeze the whole lot in one scene! And sometimes the good guys look like badies and vice-versa! It's all about apparences, isn't it? LOL! Well done,my friend!

Having done multiple render images I am in total awe of this work. Just the planning and trial and errors to get all the renders in the right order and layered propery is an immense challenge. I have never seen it done with so many polyfigures. And the setting itself is not all that simple either. The men sure all do look like warriors, all rugged and riply. Ursula looks beautiful even from a straight behind view. I can see a now bonded trio with Moi, Damara and Ursula. I can already think of some connections now that you say so. I did not mean to offend, just been there too.

Sorry for the delay. This whole chapter is close to epic! Excellent story telling. I definitely enjoy a story of redemption and forgiveness when sincere and deserved. Amazing work in assembling all the renders so seamlessly to create this image. It's great to see most everyone in one scene. Excellent setting and the lighting is great. Amazing work.
