I am not for sure what these are but i really liked them someone on here is sure to know what they are used for other than just deco pieces.

Nice capture. Traditionally ginger jars were used to hold spices,salts and oils. In modern times they are mainly used as decorative pieces.

Ginger jars are used for storage of fresh herbs and spices - typically ginger root ... hence the name. :-)
